This hoax claims Microsoft accidentally included "a macro virus" in Windows 95, and the virus would unleash its deadly payload on October 1st. Like most hoax alerts, it urges everyone to forward it "to all your on-line friends A.S.A.P." because "not a lot of people know about it."
