A "hybrid" virus alert, born c.1995 when overblown PKZ300B warnings merged with the modem subcarrier virus hoax (see related links).

Some trivia: many experts think a hoaxster created this hybrid, but Vmyths.com believes it spawned from a well-meaning user who (a) heard both alerts and (b) incorrectly recalled them from memory.
