CNN HEADLINE NEWS reported just a few minutes ago that Iraq's public Internet infrastructure apparently collapsed today.

In other words — the war is over!  Iraqi soldiers have already started to lay down their keyboards as they emerge from Internet cafés, their hands raised above their heads in the classic French position.

Word of the Iraqi Internet collapse came from NostradamISS reporter Chris "scoop" Rouland, who is embedded with the Defense Information Systems Agency somewhere near Washington, D.C.  (Rouland can't disclose his exact location for national security reasons.)
